Interview with the Roman Pontiff

Augustine, Servant of the Servants of God, in Perpetual Memory

What is your name?

Pope Augustine is the name assumed in this Pontificate.  We chose Augustine because he preserved apostolic doctrine in the west, both Augustine of Hippo and the Benedictine Augustine of Canterbury.  We also firmly adhere to his doctrines regarding predestination and salvation.  At the same time, we condemn the excesses of the heretical Jansenist abuses, and uphold Unigenitus and the other papal documents.  I am the successor of Peter, and Pope Pius XII, the last true Pontiff.  The men who have claimed rulership over Christ's sheep, who many have followed since the beginning of John XXIII's reign in 1958, are simply sons of the devil and not even Catholic.

What is the Great Apostasy?

The Great Apostasy was predicted by Saint Paul in his letters to Thessalonica.  Essentially, it is the great falling away from faith and truth that was destined to happen at the end of time.  We are now in the Great Apostasy.

How do we know?

Catholics know the faith first and foremost because the Holy Spirit gives them the supernatural gift of Faith and the closely corresponding gift of Knowledge.  But the signs are evident- rampant immorality, incredible apostasy, the reduction of the Church to the smallest of remnants, inability of people to spiritually discern and comprehend truth and falsehood, the denial of dogma, the weakness and effeminacy that passes as Roman Catholicism.  Further, the Vatican II sect is one of the main signs of the final days.  Since Vatican II Antipope John XXIII began his false reign in 1958, this new false sect has pretended to be the Roman Catholic Church (its false Popes include John XXIII, Paul VI, John Paul I, John Paul II, and Benedict XVI).  But the Apostasy began even earlier than this.  As for all the bishops, if they were not already heretics, they fell into heresy when they openly approved these evil popes with all their heresies.  The main teaching denied by Vatican II is the teaching that there is absolutely no salvation for any non-Catholic.  The heresy that there is salvation outside of the Catholic Church was actually being commonly taught long before Vatican II, by deceptive and abominable priests and local bishops.  Even popular catechisms starting in the late 1800s were already denying the dogma that there is absolutely no salvation outside of the Roman Catholic Church.  Other heresies commonly promoted by the Vatican II sect include religious liberty and the praiseworthiness of false religions.

What can we do about it?

If you are not baptized, get baptized in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.  Any person other than the one being baptized is allowed to administer baptism.  The minister must pour water over your head, making sure it touches your scalp, while he declares "I baptize you in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.  Amen."  If you are already baptized, you must proclaim your allegiance to the faith by professing the Tridentine Creed and sending a register of your loyalty to Our See so we have your contact information.  If you do not register with this Apostolic See your excommunication is not lifted and you remain outside of the Roman Catholic Church.  If you sin mortally after baptism, send an appeal to Our See to have your sins remitted.  If you so desire, seek an indulgence for the remission of temporal punishments.  Pray daily and often, be ever watchful against the evil one who roars about like a lion seeking whom he may devour, and seek out the simplicity that is faith in Christ.  All who are not inside the Catholic Church are destined for damnation.

How can you be Pope if you are not a Bishop?

You are Pope and head of the Church, successor to the Prince of the Apostles, upon election or appointment to the Apostolic See.  As Our Predecessor declared in Vacantis Apostolicae Sedis, the one who ascends through election or appointment to the papal throne obtains jurisdiction over the whole world, even prior to any ordination.

What are the most powerful proofs from reason that Augustine is the Pontiff of Rome?

Unlike charlatans, who delude the unwary with false miracles, false signs, and lying wonders, the truth of Our papacy rests not on these things, but on the plain proofs of reason itself, confirmed by the Holy Ghost as given to those who have received the gift of Divine and Catholic Faith.  Now, this is not to say that true miracles will not be performed to prove this papacy.  We continue to pray for miracles from heaven to show the world that this is the truth, and to make the Church strong and mighty.  But We warn the faithful, now as Our predecessors have always done, that Faith must rest on the gift of God, confirmed primarily by God's grace and secondarily through sound logical reasoning.  This is apart from any miracles.  The reasoning itself should be so strong that miracles are not even necessary to prove our position.  Many traditionalists are skeptical of having a Pope in this time.  We respond that it is obvious having a Pope is better for the Church than not having one, and the spiritual benefits are innumerably more than not having one.  So by the principles of reason alone our position stands strong and irrefutable.  We base our position more clearly on the following:

1. Christ wills the good of His Church and the salvation of souls.

2. The good of the Church and the salvation of souls are best accomplished when the Church is strong and has a papacy, or Christ would not have so appointed one.  The papacy has been described by faithful Catholic theologians and doctors as a bulwark that aids in the preservation of, and encourages, the unity of the Church.  The papacy is the place where all disputes among the faithful can be resolved.

3. A papacy is clearly for the good of the Church to decide all disputes among the faithful.

4. John XXIII and all of his successors are manifest heretics who taught many errors against dogma, and therefore fell outside of the visible Church as taught by canon law, basic ecclesiology, and many great theologians.  Popes have declared that nothing is so powerful to separate a man from the unity of the Church as heresy, schism or apostasy.  The Church has one Lord, one Faith, and one Baptism.  These heretical false popes opposed the good of Christ's Church.  They are heretics who have denied numerous dogmas, especially "outside the Church there is absolutely no salvation", "false religions are evil and pernicious", and "religious liberty is condemned, and is infact freedom of perdition".  These false popes have in fact taught the exact opposite of these dogmas, and taught that noncatholics can be saved, that false religions are great and praiseworthy, and that religious liberty is a blessing to society.  See other treatises from the Apostolic See (including on this web site) in proof of these assertions.

5. At the present time, because John XXIII and his successors have all been manifest heretics, it is impossible to obtain a Pope by the normal way (election by the Cardinals).  This is because all of the Cardinals oppose the good of Christ's Church and are heretics, who are in communion with the heretical false Popes that have reigned since Pius XII.

6. Thus, a faithful Catholic man must appeal to Christ directly and seek the papacy from Christ to secure the good of the Church.  Because this is a matter of law, and the law always commands that man seek the good, man can assume the leadership role in the Church, the papacy, and assume that Christ has accepted his request in order to fulfill the Church's highest good.  The great doctors of the Church have called this principle Epikeia.  See Thomas Aquinas' Summa Theologica Part II, 2, 120.  Ecclesiastical laws are only valid insofar as they assist the divine society in its mission to fulfill the good.  When a law suddenly inhibits the good of the society, one has the right to assume this law is abrogated by the lawgiver.  In the case of the Church, this would be the Divine Lawgiver Jesus Christ.  Thus, the laws that necessitate an election have been abrogated in this time, as it is basically impossible to hold one or to have the authority to command one.  This abrogation in no way impugns the nature of the Church, since the first Pontiff St. Peter was appointed and not elected.  Election has been a useful tool to select the Pope, but is not required.  Likewise, the law that necessitates the Pope be a member of the College of Cardinals has also been abrogated, since the Church is best served when it has a Pope, and it is impossible to obtain one from the Cardinals (all of the Cardinals fell from the Faith and have become apostates).

7. Such a man, who prays to Christ to accept his appointment as Pope, and uses Epikeia (the intent of the law) to assume the Pontificate, would have his request honored immediately, because of (1) above.  If Christ did not honor a man's request to become Pope for the good of His Church, then Christ would be opposing His own will, and the intent of His own laws.  This is impossible.

8. The first faithful catholic man to seek the papacy would be granted the papacy, because Christ seeks a papacy for the good of His Church.  An election is not necessary for the appointment of the Pontiff, because the basis for the Pontiff's rule is God and Christ.  Peter, the first Pontiff, was not elected.  He was appointed by Christ.  Likewise, many bishops and positions of authority in the Church are by appointment.  The election of Popes was a tradition started later as a convenient tool to ensure conformity of the faithful to whoever was selected to the Pontificate, but it is not necessary to the Pontiff's authority.

9. Augustine is the first faithful Catholic man (who holds to every dogma without compromise) who has appealed to Christ to restore the papacy, offering himself to this task.

10. Because of 1-8 above, Augustine's request has been honored by Christ.

These ten points of reasoning are simply irrefutable.  Any man of good will can see this.  For a man to deny that Augustine is the Pontiff, he would have to conclude that Christ does not want a Pontiff for His Church, and does not will the good of His Church, but desires for it to remain afflicted by the Great Apostasy, and have no cohesion, remaining in persecution.  Such a conclusion is horrendously absurd.  Anyone who sees these arguments and still denies that Augustine is the Pontiff, and refuses to submit to Augustine's jurisdiction to further the Kingdom of God on earth, have opposed God Himself and are evil minded.  They are certainly schismatics if they are baptized, and remain heathen if they are not baptized.  No schismatic can be saved.

Doesn't there have to be an election first?  There are some others who erroneously believe that an election is necessary to select the Pope.  This is patently wrong.  The very first Pope, Saint Peter, was appointed and not elected.  Election is simply a convenient tool that past Pontiffs have used to introduce order and consensus into the appointment of their successor.  There was never a requirement from God that election be the method of papal appointment.  Popes could have always directly appointed their successors, just as they have often directly appointed their legates and fellow bishops.  The Popes are very clear that the authority of any ruler, of any kingdom, does not rest in the electorate or the will of the people, but in the authority that descends from God, through the ruler, to the people.  The authority to rule comes from God Almighty himself, as has been declared infallibly at ecumenical council.

Further, apart from the clear reasoning above, you must allow the Holy Ghost to impart the true Faith.  Your interior will must be open to receiving God's truth.  More wisdom is often communicated to men through prayer and good will along with the scholarly study.

How can you prove all this?

You can prove the Faith with reason, by using probability and the force of logical argument.  The scholastics worked out most of the essential proofs of the Catholic faith via reason.  There are plenty of reasons to defend the true Faith.  One can prove it to a substantial probability using the various evidences from history, philosophy, and theology.  Nevertheless, there must be that supernatural commitment of Divine and Catholic Faith to be saved.  Faith cannot rest solely upon the arguments of reason, but must rest on the supernatural movement of God's grace.  If men are not convinced simply and merely by hearing our decrees like a simple faithful peasant in prior ages would be convinced, then I encourage them to read the old ecumenical councils, papal documents from before 1940, and the Church Fathers, and then ask the Holy Spirit to confirm these truths to their heart.  The arguments above are clear.  Of course, many uneducated people, who have never learned how to scrupulously adhere to reason, still came upon the true Faith because God supernaturally confirmed it to their hearts by the Holy Ghost, which is given to all who believe and ask God for the truth.  For those who need further clarification, they are always free to contact the Apostolic See of Pope Augustine directly.  Our address is indicated on our website.

Can we schedule a visitation to meet with the Pontiff?

Those who are seriously discerning whether to be a true Roman Catholic, as well as the Catholic faithful, can schedule an audience with the Roman Pontiff.  Please contact the Apostolic See for further information.  The Pontiff believes it is beneath the dignity of the Pontificate to schedule common interviews with the apostate mainstream news media and press.  The Pope condemns the mainstream news media in the now secular nations of the west.  These media outlets are condemned by the Church and the faithful are forbidden to view them, read them, or participate in them.  We do not conduct interviews with infidels, atheists, heretics, and schismatics, but will be happy to correspond with them by letter up to two times, in order to refute their errors.  After two times, the Apostle himself warns us to avoid communication with a heretic in his epistle to Titus.  The Pontiff also does not allow common photographs of the Pope to be taken without the explicit permission of the Apostolic See.
