SPECIAL DECREE FROM THE APOSTOLIC SEE ON LUCIO MASCARENHAS AND THE

"KNOL OF AUGUSTINE I"

A heretic from India known as Lucio (Lucifer) Mascarenhas has been posting false information under what is called the "Knol of Augustine I". This heretic, who belongs to the ridiculous sect that follows Antipope Michael, claims that the Apostolic See is currently operating some kind of hoax. This is entirely untrue. Remember, Antipope Michael holds the heresy that dogma rejecting and papacy rejecting infidels and heretics can be saved if they are sincere. Every accusation that We are operating a hoax, sham, parody, or fraud, as stated on Lucifer's (Lucio's) "Knol of Augustine I" is absolutely and completely untrue and false. Lucio (Lucifer) is using detraction and to ensnare unwary souls, and cause people to refuse to recognize Our legitimate papal authority.

For those who seek vindication of Our position, there can be no greater proof than seeing it directly on the official website of the Apostolic See, and in this Decree. This should serve as proof to all of good will that We are truly the Pontiff, and intend to be the Pontiff. We urge the heretic Lucio (Lucifer), if he cares about the truth and being free from sin (which We doubt, seeing he is a heretic), that he immediately cease and desist. Meanwhile, Lucio and Antipope Michael continue to hold to the salvation heresy.

We now assert, before all, and swear upon the name of God in heaven, that the Apostolic See is not a hoax, or a parody, or anything of this sort. This is the true papacy of the Roman, Catholic, and Apostolic Church. We are the first Pope to lawfully and validly reign since the death of Pope Pius XII. We hope that Lucio Mascarenhas is prepared to endure the most horrible fires of eternal damnation for his many present lies, if he continues to claim that We are Protestant after seeing this proclamation and how serious this matter has become. He should know that His eternal salvation is now at stake in the most serious way for engaging in detraction. We order his wicked writing, called the "Knol of Antipope Augustine I", to be immediately destroyed if possible.

To Lucio's allegations that We been Calvinist, and Jansenist, the Apostolic See gladly sends a sworn abjuration in writing, swearing upon the Holy Gospels and the name of God, to anyone who requests it of Us, to conclusively show that We are not conducting any kind of "fraud", "sham", or "scheme", and that We are neither Calvinist nor Jansenist. This is the real Pontificate of Jesus Christ. As all who are versed in canon law know, such an abjuration must be accepted as a genuine proof that one is a true Catholic, on pain of schism. Considering all that Lucifer Mascarenhas has to do is send a letter to the Apostolic Throne to determine Our views, in sincerity and truth, and that he has to judge Us according to the external forum, he has no moral right whatever to accuse this See of present heresy.

Analysis

Lucio (Lucifer in him) writes:

A Protestant who calls himself variously as "Blessed Alan Vincent" or plain "Alan Vincent," "Michael V. Grimes," "Dr Miguel A Martinez, B.Sc., D.D.," "Jakob Lukich," "Miguel," "BadBob," etc., a follower of Calvinism-cum-Jansenism-cum-Feeneyism, which all three share a common misinterpretation of St. Augustine of Hippo, Catholicism's champion against Manicheanism, Novatianism, Donatism, etc. in Numidia & Carthage (Algeria & Tunisia), which misinterpretation supports a Donatist-like Rigorism, has been pretending to be among other things, "Pope Augustine I."  

We are not "Alan Vincent", and this combination of names is some wretched schismatic who follows Lucio around writing damnable letters. We have no idea who Alan Vincent is. The accusation that We are Alan Vincent is completely and utterly false. We do not reveal Our true name to those who are unworthy of knowing it, who are dogs that, if We were to throw pearls to them (Mt. 5), would try to rend Us in pieces. We are wiser than that.

Like many of the present antipopes, he has never been elected but has pretended to constitute himself Pope "by presumption."  Presumption, incidentally is a great sin according to Catholicism. 

We have not constituted Ourselves Pope. We were made Pope by Jesus Christ, who always seeks to fulfill the purpose of His ecclesiastical law. His ecclesiastical law was created in order to promote the good of His Church. Thus, when the ecclesiastical laws themselves get in the way of promoting the well being of the Church, by becoming defunct through new circumstances (i.e. the Great Apostasy), we may forego certain laws like election, having cardinals, etc… in order to implement Christ's will to make a strong robust Church that has a Pontiff. This principle was taught by none other than the greatest philosopher Doctor St. Aquinas, whose philosophy according to Our Predecessor Pius XI was adopted by the Church as her own. This is known as the legal principle of Epikeia. Further, Vacantis Apostolicae Sedis of Our Predecessor Pope Pius XII demonstrates conclusively that upon one's acceptance of the Papal Chair, he acquires jurisdiction over the whole world, even before he is ordained bishop. Thus, one does not need to have ordination to the bishopric in order to be Pope, as long as one is willing to obtain it when possible.

Lucio goes on to write:

Among the victims of "Alan Vincent" aka "Pope Augustine I" is the family of Patrick Henry Omlor, a great apologist for the Catholic Faith.  His son, Joseph Omlor, who has been actively pursuing "Alan Vincent" in order to procure his arrest for his persistent internet stalking, abuse, slander.

We have no idea who Alan Vincent is, or Patrick Henry Omlor. Neither are We following him via the internet. We do not have time to follow heretics. These accusations about Patrick Henry Omlor, whosoever he is, are indeed entirely false. In fact, We do not even know Patrick Omlor, and at most have offhandedly sent an e-mail to him a few times years ago, before We were even the Pontiff. Lucio is engaging in truly sinful, rank, and disgusting slander and detraction. It is a mortal sin for Lucio (Lucifer) to be engaging in this wretched activity and it will send him straight into the eternal fires.

Cursed Lucio (Lucifer) then goes on to claim we are Jansenist (completely false), and Calvinist (completely false). This wicked slanderer is truly cursed of God, as God has destined him to be in such a horrible position that he would write such scurrilous things about Us.

As We have said numerous times, the Apostolic See swears upon God Almighty that its present occupant abominates all these errors. The longer Lucio circulates his detractions, and the longer Lucifer continues to post his lies in this "Knol", the more he will fill up with guilt before the eyes of the Lord.

He also claims that We hold all papal claimants since Pius IX or Pius V to be heretics. This is not true. We hold all of the Vatican II Antipopes (those who reigned after Pius XII) to be heretics. We do not hold any of the accepted Popes before them to be heretics. Our Predecessors Popes Pius V- Pius XII were all orthodox and faithful Pontiffs.

He also claims that We hold to what is called "white supremacy" as a teaching of Our Pontificate. The traditional teaching of the Faith is that like men themselves, the races were not created to be equal. God is not interested in equality of ability. He never has been. Some shall be first, others last. This is the way of God. Thus, We are not at all opposed to the idea that some races may generally be superior in certain abilities to others. This does not make Us a heretic. In fact, to declare that all races are equal in intellectual ability is offensive to pious ears and a wicked error, when one surveys the whole range of inequalities among men's abilities.

Even so, We promote the law of Christ that "the greatest among you shall be your servant", and have no desire to see any race treated as though they were animals and not men, or as if one should gloat that he has superior abilities in some particular area, for "what do I have that I have not been given" declareth the Apostle. Lucio betrays his modernist agenda when he accuses Us of "racism".

He then goes on to cite a number of statements which can be sufficiently answered responding to the last quotation in his "Knol". At the end he gives the following quote in summation of his previous quotes, claiming that this was once on the website of the Apostolic See:

"This website, designed and brought to you by the Biblical Institute of Law and Theocracy [website address omitted], is a spoof designed to demonstrate the contradictions in Romanism"

The web pages of the Apostolic See are not designed, sponsored, or supported by any "Biblical Institute of Law and Theocracy". Lucio's allegations are false. The Apostolic See condemns all forms of Protestantism. The Apostolic See believes there are no contradictions in the Roman Catholic faith; but rather only contradictions between the one true Roman Catholic Church and the Vatican II sect formed in 1958. The Vatican II sect proves that Roman Catholicism is the true religion, since Our Lord predicted there would come a deception and falling away from faith at the end of time (2 Thessalonians 2:3-12; Matthew 24:15; Luke 18:8). The Vatican II sect has deceived practically everyone who claims to be Roman Catholic, and caused them to become heretics.

IF ANYONE DARES to contradict this decree of Ours, let him know that he has incurred the wrath of Almighty God and the Holy Apostles Sts. Peter and Paul.
